Eligibility for Returns / Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges only if:
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product arrived damaged
• The product received does not match the description or images
To qualify:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide clear photos/videos as proof
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Used or worn jewelry
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/wrong item)

Refunds
Refunds are only issued when:
• The product is out of stock
• The return request is approved
• We are unable to replace the item
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment method.

Exchange
If your request is approved, we will arrange:
• Item exchange
• Replacement (if available)
Customer is responsible for return courier charges (unless Moonórah is at fault).
